Shipping

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your Holly & Tanager item within 3 – 7 business days (this does not include holidays and weekends). Within 2 business days of placing your order, we will notify you of your shipping details.  If you place your order after 3 PM CST, your order will ship the next day.

Holly & Tanager will make every effort to fulfill your request on a timely basis but cannot guarantee a specific shipping date.  Please contact Holly & Tanager if you need your order processed more quickly or if you would like to inquire about the availability of an item.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer priority mail (1-3 business days) and priority mail express (overnight delivery).  Orders received before 3 PM CST will be processed that day.  Orders received after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day.  Orders received over a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders cannot be processed online.  Please email us at support@hollytanager.com or call us at 1-888-224-2057 to inquire about an international order.  For all shipments sent to international destinations, any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Where are Holly & Tanager bags manufactured?

Holly & Tanager handbags are cut and sewn in the USA.  We strive to source the highest quality materials providing you with a timeless handbag.

Are your handbags sold at any retailers?

Holly & Tanager handbags are currently sold online and also in select boutiques across the USA.

Do you have a showroom?

Our showroom is in Chicago and is by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please contact us at support@hollytanager.com

How do I protect or clean the leather on my Holly & Tanager bag?

Since Holly & Tanager bags are made out of cowhide leather, make sure you keep your bag away from direct sunlight and water.  If your handbag happens to get dirty, wipe it off with a wet clean cloth. To preserve the beauty of your bag, we recommend using leather conditioner once a year.

Do you offer gift receipts?

Yes, a gift receipt will accompany items that are purchased as a gift in the checkout process.

Do you offer repairs?

If your purse is damaged due to reasons other than normal wear, please contact us at support@hollytanager.com

What should I do if the order I receive is damaged?

Damaged claims on shipped items must be made within 5 days of a package’s arrival.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt because no claims can be made after 5 days.  In order to process a damaged claim, we will need you to retain the original packaging and to send us photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.  Please call 1-888-224-2057 or email at support@hollytanager.com to process the damage claim.  Once your damage claim is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and a return authorization form.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

If the order is shipped and delivered within the state of Illinois, it will be subject to a 10.25% sales tax.

Can I return or exchange items from a Sample Sale?

We do not allow returns or exchanges for items purchased from a Sample Sale. 

Is my information secure on this website?

Protecting your information is our highest priority. The website checkout process employs industry standard technology which encrypts your credit card and other online ordering information.  If you are still uncomfortable with submitting your personal information via the Internet for any reason, please feel free to call or email us to complete your order.

Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice.  Holly & Tanager makes every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate.  If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Holly & Tanager reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.

Governing Law:

The laws of Illinois, U.S.A., excluding the Illinois conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Cook County, Illinois, USA, and you and Holly & Tanager consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
