RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Holly & Tanager will accept returns within 30 days of the date on which your order was received. Holly & Tanager does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from a retailer other than hollyandtanager.com.

To request a return or exchange, please email support@hollytanager.com with your order number and details. Upon approval from Holly & Tanager, we will send a return label and return form to your address for your convenience.


All returned merchandise must be received by Holly & Tanager in its original condition, not having been worn, and any additional attachments. Returned items that are damaged or altered will not be accepted.


The return item must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the return label, otherwise return will not be processed. In the event that we have processed your order incorrectly, please e-mail, support@hollytanager.com with your order number and claim.


We will send you an email notification once your return is received and approved by Holly & Tanager. If you are approved for a return/exchange, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
